HI! I’m Jessica and I’m originally from a very small town in southern VA but have lived in Charlotte for about 15 years now. I started this account a couple years into being a stay-at-home mom when I noticed there weren’t many resources that provided ways to learn about kids activities in our area and to hear honest feedback on them from other moms. That’s when I decided to create that resource myself . I want to be a place where you can find ideas for family activities, parks, events, party venues, restaurants, classes, trips, etc. all in an easy to digest way. Here you’ll also find ideas for family-friendly travel both in North Carolina and beyond!
I’ve always joked that I’m more of a “not at home mom” because I love getting out of the house and exploring with my two kids. I also really enjoy research and that makes this account such a win/win as it is so fun for me to find and share all of the activities with you! Charlotte has so much to offer but I know it can be overwhelming trying to digest it all so my hope is that I make things easier for all of us busy moms. Welcome and I am so glad you’re here!
